The roll-form machine is designed to a robust and strong standard to easily withstand the load demands of the desired profile and to produce repeatable results. The machine is configured in two main components, being the wall frame and roof truss machines each with its own de-coiler, complete with hydraulic press operations with all necessary electronics and operator control interface to upload job programs and to produce final product. Machines are designed for production with heavy duty rollers and fittings to minimize down time. Machines speed can also be adjusted without affecting its high accuracy. Computer controlled servo driven machines will roll chord and web profiles through a 10 stage roller bed, then notches, punches, folds and cuts - all ready for easy assembly. All machine commands are received via wireless transmissions or USB device from design office.
