Quickframe Assembly

  • The Quickframe assembly NC data is received from design office by wireless or by memory stick.
  • Computerised roll-forming machines reads data and profile product, notches, punches and guillotine to the closest millimeter.
  • All necessary service holes for electrical and plumbing are pre-punched to predetermined specifications.
  • The product is placed on assembly tables where structural rivets are used to build frames or trusses.
  • These light weight frames or trusses are stacked in pack form in collection area ready for transport to building site.
  • Minimal labour requirements.

Quickframe Transport

  • Semi-trailer crane trucks are used to transport pre-packed frames and trusses to building sites.
  • Products are crane lifted onto site.
  • Minimal labour requirements.

Quickframe Erection

  • Erection teams set out building dimensions on concrete footings (already cast by builder) from information received from design office.
  • The erection and bracing of the walls takes place first or as per layout drawings received from design office. All panels are clearly marked in factory.
  • The erection of roof trusses and follow the same sequence as mentioned above.
  • Ceiling and roof purlins are fixed to allow the commencement of roof covering and ceiling installations.
